Sorry if this is a repeated question. I did a search and couldn't find any subject matter.

Is Panther a 64bit OS?
 
Panther isn't completely build to be 64 bit - because if it was it wouldn't work on older 32 bit systems, but it is optimized to take advantage of the G5's 64 bit capabilities. I'm sure panther on a G5 will roar!
