quick iPod question?

I've got all my songs backed up on my iPod, because i formated a few days ago. I want to move the songs from the ipod back to my hd. wen i drag them from "iPod" > "library" in iTunes, they just go back...nothing happens, why is that?

yes i have it set to controll the songs manually.

You can't copy songs from the iPod to iTunes for anti-piracy reasons.

You'll have to get an app that lets you browse the hidden folders on the iPod and manually copy the files over. I'm not sure what you use to do this as I don't have an iPod. You may want to search Version Tracker, or maybe somebody can share?

I believe you can use the podmaster app. found on versiontracker. It worked for me.
