converting office over to mac, so now what do i do? I'm only going to need 2 "users" where now there's only one. So, can I save/store the data file on my server and be able to access it from 2 different computers / users as long as there's only one on at a time?

does this make sense and what a frigging cop-out on intuit's side....

Problem being with a multi-user setup, multiple people can log in at the same time and work/update information in there. With the single user, which is all they offer for the mac, I can only have one person in there at a time. Multi-user, like for a business standpoint and single-user like for a home setup. Basically, Intuit makes a "home" edition for the mac and a "business" edition for windows. We need a "business" edition for the mac as well.

has anyone ever figured out a logical way to do this.
I am wanting to do the same thing - have two computers access my quickbooks.
Any ideas??
