I dont know if you can help, I'm not brilliant with computers. I have an apple mac laptop and have been plugging in at work to their quickmail pro system to get emails. I have years of emails logged that I need to now transfer to a PC with windows. The problem is that I have messed things up with transferring data and I seem to have cancelled my password. Therefore my quickmail system is locked.
Is there a way that I can overide the password - it must have defaulted to something that I dont know. Then i can export the files.......
