I am trying to run Quicktime Broadcaster and am able to broadcast using the internal microphone in my ibook for the audio source just fine, but when I plug my imic in the application quits instantly. When I go to restart it either it quits before it is open or opens but then I have no option to broadcast any audio at all it is greyed out. I have tried running Broadcaster without any other applications running and the same result. I have even tried restarting my ibook with the imic pluged is and then starting Broadcaster same result. Could there be a conflict with some other software on my ibook? I am running out of ideas. I hope to try another audio inpt device soon to see if it is a hardware or software issue.
