Has anyone had any luck getting Quicktime Streaming Server operational with MacOS X Public Beta? If so, please help a Unix-Novice with any advice on setting up a Quicktime Streaming Server on MacOS X PB.
I have QuicktimeTime Streaming Server installed and it says it is up and running but when I try to get to the video clip from a different machine, it tells me that it is an unsupported media type. It is a hinted movie and I have re-hinted it with Quicktime Pro. Any ideas?
Ian, have you had a solution for this problem? I just installed QT Streaming server for OSX, converted a DV clip to QT format using QT Pro 5, open it from a player --> Unsupported media type :-(
