Quicktime & !Tunes. I need a genius

So. We've been through this thouroughly. Quicktime & !tunes will not launch. I've tried everything from repairing the permissions, to removing the .plist's, to reinstalling quicktime. Removing the .plists worked a couple of times for launching !tunes, however not at this moment. What is the problem. I have a powermac G4 with mac os x version 10.3.9
896 MB SDRAM and 733 MHz power.
who knows the answer.
 
no. i've used this itunes before. this is all mac. it's all mac. and quicktime. won't launch. won't freakin' launch.
