RDC 2.0 missing dock and top bar

I'm running RDC 2.0, and have been for a year, but now the toolbar at the top (where you set prefs) and the system dock has disappeared when I login.

When you connect via RDC to a Windows machine, are you using full-screen mode?

You can check this under "Display" under "Remote desktop size:" in RDC's preferences.

that happens to me sometimes when using MS RDC.

i found that if you go to the apple menu->turn hiding on and then go back in and turn it off again your dock will reappear!

it's bit of a strange one but i found the solution by tinkering- hope that helps somebody!
