After recently purchasing a used eMac I followed this link in an attempt to re-install OSX 10.3.5 without the admin password -

I reached the point where I typed in: SystemStarter at the command line, it began starting until it showed the following errors and the cursor seemed frozen:
open[176] LSOpenCopyItemInfoForURL() returned -35 for path /System/Library/CoreServices/ARD Agent.app
open[176] Couldn't open file: /System/Library/CoreServices/ARD Agent.app
open[184] LSOpenCopyItemInfoForURL() returned -35 for path /System/Library/CoreServices/ARD Agent.app
open[184] Couldn't open file: /System/Library/CoreServices/ARD Agent.app
open[185] LSOpenCopyItemInfoForURL() returned -35 for path /System/Library/CoreServices/ARD Agent.app
open[185] Couldn't open file: /System/Library/CoreServices/ARD Agent.app
I couldn't enter anything further to the command line after this happened (and I'd restarted to face the same result). Is there another route I can take from here?
