reaching ip inside lan

Please forgive me if this is a stupid question but I am trying to learn about this stuff...

If my cable modem has an ip address of 207.208.54.10 and i have my router setup to assign my computer an ip of 192.168.1.200, If I want to reach that ip address inside my lan how do I format it? Would it be 207.208.54.10:192.168.1.200 ? Or is there some other way to hit it. (provided I am not using my firewall?)
 
thanks testuser. It's starting to make a lot of sense. what about those port numbers? Are their others for Appleshare?
