Read .txt on iPod?

Hey there everyone!

Can I drag/drop a .txt file into my iPod via iTunes and then read it from the iPod?

Any special advice?

Ive tryed and tryed but it just wont work
Hooked up the iPod, did as the "read me" said, cut/paste-sent it away to the iPod but no go...it freezed on me (iPodText application).
It sure enough seems darn easy to send text to iPod via this application but not when it freezes at sending.

Is there somekind of limit to as how much one can send to the iPod?
I have enough mem. on my iPod though so....what?

Do a search for "ipod text" on versiontracker.com and I'm sure you'll find something

Yeah, seems good enough.
There must be other apps for this special duty.
