Receiving mail problem

I've just installed OSX 10.4.6 and was receiving mail OK until yesterday. I have two email accounts - one with UKonline and the other with Onetel. The Ukonline mails come through to my mailbox, but for no apparent reason the Onetel mails are staying in the Onetel Mailzone and not reaching my inbox. Can canyone help me to sort this out please.

New problem - have now managed to get the Onetel emails to download to my inbox, but they are coming in duplicate ???
Any ideas anyone,

Do you have the account set up in mail for it and also using a redirect? This happened to me once. I had to delete the Mail account and just use the redirect from th webmail.
