Receiving multiple emails in Entourage, can't delete.

Please help if you know how to correct this problem. A few weeks ago I started receiving multiple emails (that is, the same email multiple times) in Entourage from my IMAP email account. I can usually only delete one of the emails. It's really annoying and I can't figure out what the problem is. Any suggestions?

The Imap never really worked in Entourage. 2004 handles imap better, Office X was a poor version. There are updates that NEED to be installed, go to microsofts support/mac and follow the link. Install any updates first.

Try the updates and post back..

Actually, I figured it out. I tried to do a search before I posted this thread but didn't find the answer. After I posted, similar threads were offered that contained the answer. I just held down the Option key as I started Entourage and after some reconfiguring (sorry, that's not the right term but I can't remember right now what the process was called - but it was automatic and only required that I hit "continue") everything works perfectly now. Thanks anyway!
