Recommendation for memory

Got a new powerbook (g4 1.5g, 15") and want to purchase a 1x1gb stick of ram. I used to use Crucial.com, but they seem to be quite high for this item. A subsequent search revealed many places and I had no clue which to pick. Would like a recommendation for a place that has both good price and a good reputation.
