I log on remotely to access eMail on a corporate exchange server with Entourage. I have two other accounts available in Entourage: my dotMac account and msn/hotmail. Unfortunately, my exchange account kicks me off after 30 min (?) of inactivity, so I've tried to schedule a rule ("send and receive all timed") to query the servers every 15 min so I don't get dropped.
I can create the action for my other two accounts, but the Exchange account is 'greyed-out'. Does anyone know how (or if) I can turn this account on?
