register new user (guest) in Panther

There's another thread about this. I'm too tired to search for you right now. But the consequence of the thread was, iirc, that it's impossible to create a user named 'guest' in Panther and that you should just give him another name. And that, probably, Apple wants to keep users from using insecure user names that are known to be one of the many doors hacker use as starting points to crack a system.
