Reimaging a Lab - Mac OSX4 server

We're running a lab full of OSX4 iMacs (approximately 25 of them), and am having a hard time following the guide...As in, we've done what we believe to be following the directions to the letter, but it still will not let us A) boot remotely or B) reimage the lab. Does anyone have any simplified instructions? I've built the disk image I want on the computers, and I've built a NetBoot image, but I can't get any of them to connect for some reason.

Thanks in advance...
 
That could be lots of items. It could be an image issue, a booter issue, an NFS export issue or a network issue. What troubleshooting have you done so far?
