I've heard things that suggest I can control my iTunes from my iPhone or iPad. But can I control it from my remote Mac?
Right now, I use screen sharing to go over to the remote make, start up iTunes, and control it remotely. It works but it just seems overweight.
I also know that I can do "Sharing" within iTunes but that does not update the "Played" status. e.g. if I play a podcast from the iTunes on the local Mac via a "Shared" library the "time last played" and the "played" status.
