renice Classic AppleTalk ?

I just installed the "Release Candidate" and i am pleased to see that Classic AppleTalk now works(under classic). But it's rather slow, specially when running a server app on X. Client app's are not so slow.
Are there any way (renice etc.) to speed this up ??
 
In the public beta nice isn't even implemented. The values are shown but they aren't tied to Mach (yet).

No idea if this has been fixed in the GM or not.
