Replace Software Update?

I was dumb. I'll admit it. I was having problems with OS X 10.2.1 so I reinstalled. After reinstalling, I had to install all my software. That finished with no problem.

I accidentally installed Software Update 1.3.1. Now, I just get a "beep" when I try to run software update. Obviously, this was for versions prior to 10.2. I'm running 10.2.1 again so I can't just reinstall the OS ontop of the existing one--I have to do a clean install.

Is there any way to get the newer Software Update back onto my system without starting over AGAIN?

If somebody packs up the software update app from 10.2.1, you could probably re-install it as a super-user. It would require a little command line bravado, but might work.
I would post it to you but I am on rather slow dial-up during the summer holidays, since I am out of town.
