Reset MC Domination to gamepad defaults.

I'm running MC Domination on a 2011 15.4 in. MacBook Pro i7 2.0. I had been using a PS3 wireless controller successfully. It worked very well with all buttons on default. However, I "foolishly" decided to invert both sets of buttons one and two. Since making that modification, the game fails on the last step, during the initial gamepad detection phase, and will not activate.

I think I need to reset the gamepad controls to default... but can not get by the detection phase.

Help!!! How do I reset to the default gamepad positions?
 
How did you change the layout of the keys? I ask because you could always find the program's Preference file in /Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/ and throw that file to the Trash Can. This way if something goes wrong you can always put the Preferences file back.
