Resolution reverts back when I reboot

Currently, my mini is hooked via VGA to my Panny 6UY EDTV plasma.

I finally set the correct resolution and refresh rate to have my Mini work w/ my plasma. However, whenever I have to reboot, it goes back to another setting that doesn't work. How do I get it to keep the working setting?

Does your plasma have a composite video (yellow cable) or s-video input? If so; you could try this $20 adapter:

CompUSA and apple resellers also have it.

VGA may not be able to 'detect' the plasma because it is not a computer monitor.
