I am running ox 10.3.4 on an power book
2 days ago I restarted my computer as it had frozen I restarted using ctrl, apple, p,r,
when it came on I had lost all files in my mail programme, iphoto,idvd, address book, ical.
last night I closed my power book down and retstarted now I have lost all my other files but not the previous (iphoto etc.)
Why is this happened but more importantly can I get my other files back, i movie, word, excel etc.
