There's help files on backing up addresses, but I can't find anything to restore addresses. I deleted a LOGIN and all the information was saved in a deleted folder. Great.
I then remembered I had set up a specific folder in the address book and would like to retrieve those addresses. In the deleted folder from that LOGIN are folders such as: Library/Application Support/Addressbook/Addressbook.data, XXXX.data.previous, Lastimport.plist.
I don't want to overwrite my other addressbook. I just want to get about fifteen names from this old LOGIN use address book so I don't need to retype them. (Which, at this point, will most likely be quicker). But, I'd like to know how to restore addresses (from a deleted login or otherwise, without overwriting the ENTIRE folder). Any way to do this? I tried import (all three) and no text, delimited, vcards, etc. was the answer.
