restrict users space

Hi, I'm thinking of setting up a fileserver in the Intranet and I would like to know how to restrict how much space which each user has access to.
I hope you understand what I mean: only letting the user have like 20 MB each. There should be some easy way to do this, I just can't figure out how..

Type 'man quota' in the terminal.
The command is there, though to be honest I don't know whether filesystem quotas are actually enforced or not in this rev of the OS. Let us know how it goes!
