retrieve ilife from resource cd

Hi guys, great forum glad i stumbled here.

I have ilife 05 on mac mini resource cd, but i want it installed on my G5. I had a similar problem to this thread, i used some software that seperated the install disk into parts so you could extract just the applications you wanted. Unfortunatly i can not remember the name of the software.

does anyone know a way of installing ilife from the resource cd?

but unfotunatly there is no package for ilife on the cd :/ any ideas? i know its there somewhere

User 'TinkerTool' to 'Show hidden and system files' (under the 'Finder' tab), or via 'Terminal' enter ...

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 1; killall Finder

... and press the <return> key.

Locate your file(s), and do what you want to do ...

Once finished, again - use 'TinkerTool' or 'Terminal' ...

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 0; killall Finder

... and press the <return> key, to make the normally invisible items - invisible again.
