Retrieving deleted files

How can I retrieve files that I have deleted from Trash. I know of a software that does this for Windows, maybe something like this exists for mac too. I deleted a iPhoto library directory by mistake. I deleted them about 3 days ago - please advice.

Nothing free that will do this..

If you've used your hard drive a lot sense, it's possible that you cannot recover the files. Don't use the computer until you recover the data, this will better your chances of not having your files written over.

Oh, and when 10.5 comes out, you should think about getting it:

(though that won't help you currently, it may solve future problems..)
