right click and "set as wallpaper"

Is there some free software that lets me right click on a photo and select "add to wallpaper" for OS X.

I want to skip the hassle of going into system preferences.

Also, is there some good freeware for automatically changing my wallpaper on startup?

Well.. if you like changing desktop pictures like I do, you could create a folder with all pictures that you like in that, and select the desktop picture to rotate on times you specify, eg every 5, 30, 60 minutes, once a day ...

ctrl + click -> change desktop background

To add new ones you can just click and drag the image to whichever folder you keep your desktop backgrounds in.
