Suddenly I find that when I right click all my dashboard widgets appear on screen. I would like to revert to the system where I could right click and then choose things like attach, save etc etc.
Any answers gratefully appreciated.

System Preferences > Expose & Spaces > Expose > Dashboard section > "Hide and show:"

Ensure that one of those options under "Hide and show" is not set to "Secondary Mouse Button".
