Recently on two machines I am experiencing a delay when I initiate a right/control click event anywhere in the OS. The delay is significant, like 3-4 seconds. Very annoying.
This typically happens right away each day, then periodically throughout the day.
I am running Jag 10.2.3 on a DP 867 and SP 466. This never happened before 10.2.3, but I don't know where to look or if 10.2.3 has anything to do with it. The 466 was recently freshly reinstalled from scratch, so it's pretty clean.
Anyone know where this is coming from? Any help would be appreciated.
