Rosetta decoder

I am searching for Rosetta, the software which decodes newsgroup files. Can someone direct me to the right path. I googled it and can up empty.

Are you talking about a newsgroup reader? AFAIK, newsgroups are basically plain text, like email.

its not a newsgroup reader...it is a decoder program which decodes ynec format very well.

'... or is it under another name?' - not that I know of.
'is there a similar program to rosetta?' - possibly, 'yEnc' (freeware).
