Router problems

Hey, I just got a Xsense Palmrouter MIH-108, and I hooked it up as follows:

LCD iMac: port 1
g3 iMac: port 2
Cable Modem: port 8

My LCD iMac can connect to the internet, but my other one can't. I tried switching the cord of the g3 to the first port and then the 5th, and it never worked. What do I do?

I'm not familiar with that particular model, but is there a designated upstream port for internet connection/connecting to another hub? It might be on the back (my home router's is on the back).

If so, and it's not connected to that, give that a try.

Secondly, have a look at the software configiration (if there is one) for the router. Some ports may be disabled or have time restrictions. Usually you can cofigure it by connecting to the gateway with a web browser (for example, mine is 192.168.2.1:88)
