This might sound like an odd query, but since updating to 10.4.3 when I come to save items I've been editing (in, for example an audio editor) the location that the save 'defaults to' is the same each time I go to save a new file.
For example, when I 'Export Audio' from Cubase, it automatically goes to save on the 'documents' folder on the HD, (despite having set the project audio folder to an external firewire disk). In the past, each Export has automatically followed the previous one onto the right disk & directory, but now I'm suddenly faced with clicking through half a dozen locations simply to save the file in the same place as the last.
It's something that's happening with many, although not all, of my applications, and it only began once I'd done the recent update to 10.4.3. I hope that makes some sense - any help much appreciated!
