Roxio Toast Titanium 5

Does someone tried Toast 5 under Mac OS X ?
It seems Roxio hasn't released Toast yet. I have read that they should release an update that permits Toast to be functional.

Any news ?
 
I've seen various betas online but the actual product hasnt been released yet.

Does toast 4 work under OS X ?
