Happy Holidays everyone.....
I installed Roadrunner dial access on my ibook, since then though I have canceled my service and am using another ISP... But the RR software does not come with an uninstaller. So when you go to internet connect Road runner seems to be hard coded in there, with delete grayed out.
Logged in under root and the same thing - delete is grayed out to remove RR from the internet connect settings. so I re ran the installer and check for an uninstall option and could not find one... When I called there support line I received "we don't support MAC" from the guy I talked to... When I asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on. (Ever said/asked for a manager politely!)
So not I have the application in my applications directory yet if you remove these the settings remain
How do I uninstall the scripts that this thing has installed and remove all RR setting verse just creating a new profile setting?
