Rs232 Pcmcia Card For Powerbook 1.25 Ghz

Does a PCMCIA card for a RS232 input exist ? A conversion kit RS232-USB doesn't work in my case. I need to feed directly through a PCMCIA.

There are many rs232 CardBus cards out there like:

However, a usb serial adapter would be much cheaper. Why would it not work in your case? They work just like a normal serial port.
