I'd like to keep my local work folder synchronized with my personal folder on our enterprise' server, which runs a microsoft network (smb). I heard that "rsync" would do the job. However, even after reading the man files, I absolutely have no idea how it can be done on an microsoft network. Could anyone please tell me a command that let's synchronize my work folder, eg. /home/bernhard/work, with my network folder, eg. //servername/foldername/bernhard, using the password pass und the username bernhard?
