got 10.1 running on a g3 350 and there is some noticable differences with the finder .. also the internet explorer 5.1 "final" is not too shabby ..
 
Not to be a killjoy, but...

Aren't those a couple of weeks old? I don't get anything, anyway...

Uh dude 10.1 isn't out yet and won't be for a while... whatever you have is some kind of developer beta, and is NOT available through software update.

I have tried the 10.1 Macworld preview on a friend's mahcine and it rocked. My friend was trying to show me the bugs in it and he couldn't get them to happen. :)
