running flux 1 on macbook

I want to run flux 1 on my macbook, i got a free disc from mag mac format and it will not load well. Do you need leopard to run this software?
 
If you're talking about the WYSIWYG web editor, then yes: you need Leopard to run the most recent version of Flux (which is Flux 2.something).

If you're using Flux 1, then it should run under Tiger or Leopard.

What, specifically, do you mean by "it will not load well?"
