Safari 4 Top Sites Beta version

I don't know. I do know that once you get that site into the Top Sites list you can keep it there by hitting edit, then click on the tack to lock it.
 
It's easy. First apply Edit mode to Top Sites, then from the Address Bar drag the URL of the site you want to add to what ever place you want it to occupy in Top Sites. Pin it in place, click on Done, and... you're done!
