Safari, any way for it to keep saved window position?

I hate how Safari sometimes loads up as a fullscreen, sometimes as fullscreen but moved out of the screen borders, sometimes small and 2 inches from the left border of the screen, sometimes in a random position. Is there any way for me to set it up to always start in full screen or always start in a certain place on screen?
