Hello.
i'm facing a problem with 3 G5 machines. they were connected to a DHCP server and i disconnected them and assigned them to a static IP. same configuration... but now i can not access the https sites using Safari. it works fine using iexplorer. but i can not tell my users whenever they need to go into https site to use iexplorer.
i setted the proper proxy setting. with the proper port and user name and password. but facing a probelm...
what do u think off??? any help please??

try giveing all 5 mac there own IP numbers. Because when try to do anything on the net ever computer has to have it's own IP. That is way they have HUBs and Reater. for internet shairing.
 
defenetlky each one has his own IP address.,. it's networking 101 mate... it is working over iexplorer on the G5.... just safari does not works....
