Safari window!

Why oh please god tell me WHYYYYYYY does Safari keep moving the window? I always place it top left corner, Safari always, yes always always always, moves it a cm down and to the right :mad::mad::mad:!

my co-worker said that happened to him to. I don't know if it still does though. I'll ask. Never happens to me however.

I think Safari cascades the window down and right from wherever the previous window was. You can observe this by placing a window somewhere on your screen, then close it. When you open a new window it will be offset down and right from where the old window was.

I agree with your dislike for this. I recommend you send feedback to Apple.

Nope. Mine doesn't do that. If i keep opening windows it will but if they are all closed and i open a new one it'll be back up top left.

If i knew why, i'd help. ;)

this ALWAYS happens to me too! the best thing to do is to go window>zoom window instead of moving it into the right place which could take longer.

Yes, I know, but that shouldn't stop me from asking normal questions should it? I know it's a beta but I just wanted to know if other people have this problem, and of course if it could be helped.

PS: I'm gonna try that little freeware app somewhere this afternoon, I'll let you know how it works and if it works ;-)
