I experienced problems with the modem once i have upgraded to TIGER. After finding your excellent advice I was able to download new drivers. The modem is now recognised but I still cannot access the internet. The error message is "Could not establish a connection to the remote PPP server". I have checked my settings (acc. name and password). What else can I do? The Tiscali help line (my provider) is useless.
