samba question w/10.2.2

So here's my situation. I work at a company that is predominantly windows based. I managed to get my hands on a new dual 867 G4 running 10.2. Anyway, there is a lot of file sharing that goes on among all the users here. Simple enough, right? Just turn on Windows file sharing (just a SAMBA server) and go nuts. Well here's my problem....

Everybody can connect to my computer without a problem. Unfortunately, all my documents are on a different disk partition than OS X. I can't figure out how to set up sharing so this partition is shared. Everybody who logs in is restricted to seeing their home directory. Any help?

Oh, while we're kind of on the topic...anyone know how to set it up so my default documents folder in my home directory points to this partition?

Thanks.

Go get the free application called "Samba Sharing", it is also System Preference Pane. It should do everything you need, and allow you to access different partitions by creating additional servers.
