Saving as PDF results in multiple files

When I have a Word document that contains more than one section with different page layout, I cannot get save the file as one PDF file. Instead, after each section change, a new pdf file (numbered) is created.

Is it possible to change a setting somewhere to force one PDF document?
 
Well, I've never done that. But a work-around would be to use a utility like Combine PDFs after they've been created to make a single pdf. HTH.
