Recently sbc did something and suddenly I can't connect to the Internet. My airport was saying connecting via pppoe yet not connecting to a provider. Went to the apple web site got information to re do the settings like" deselecting the connect automatically when needed" from the PPPoE options button. I know the modem is working because I use the ethernet to connect> I have been using this airport for years and suddenly I can't connect. Had to call sbc and redo my whole account. Would like to know where I went wrong.
