I'm new to Mac repair. Please bear with me. Running with 10.3.9 and the scanner can no longer be seen. I'm trying to help a more ignorant friend than myself. What do I have to do? Do not know what type of scanner just yet. Do I just need an updated driver for the scanner? Thanks.
