How often does the RSS feed get updated? Is it generated every time it is hit or a every 15 minutes kinda deal?

It gets updated about every 10 minutes. However, it is longer now because our "live" server is simply a deployment server and not the server doing the updating. So, probably 15-18 minutes on the updates.
