Screen Capture Software That Uploads

Does anybody know of a program that will take a screen capture of the desktop at specified intervals and automatically upload it to a website?
 
As a matter of fact I can do you one better. It's called SnapperHead server and actually runs as a server app on your computer. It's highly configurable (you can take a 'snap' and serve just that one, or let others update their snaps by refreshing the page).

There was another Cocoa one I used for awhile, but I can't remember now what it was.

TIP, you can also FTP the image to your own computer, if you really want to use it as the server.
